This Shipping and Exchange Policy outlines how Artist Studio (“we,” “our,” or “us”) handles the delivery of services and any applicable exchanges related to our offerings, including art documentation, photography, portfolio creation, and digital flip-books.

2. Nature of Delivery

Artist Studio primarily provides digital services and products. Therefore:

  • Most deliverables are shared electronically via email, cloud links, or download access
  • No physical shipping is required for standard services

For any physical deliverables (such as printed portfolios or storage media), the following terms apply.

3. Digital Delivery

  • Final files will be delivered via secure download links or email
  • Delivery will occur only after full payment is received
  • Clients are responsible for downloading and safely storing delivered files
  • We are not responsible for expired download links after a reasonable time period (typically 7–15 days unless specified)

4. Physical Shipping (If Applicable)

  • Shipping timelines and costs will be communicated before dispatch
  • We partner with third-party courier services for delivery
  • Estimated delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier performance
  • Artist Studio is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances

5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs (if applicable) will be borne by the client unless otherwise agreed
  • Any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges for international shipping are the responsibility of the client

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If a physical product arrives damaged, clients must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images
  • We will assess the issue and may offer a replacement or partial refund where applicable
  • Artist Studio is not liable for lost shipments once handed over to the courier, but we will assist in tracking and resolution

7. Exchange Policy

Digital Services

  • Due to the customized nature of our work, exchanges are not applicable for digital deliverables
  • However, revisions may be provided as per the agreed project scope

Physical Products

  • Exchanges may be considered only if:
    • The product is damaged during transit
    • The delivered product significantly differs from the approved design
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

8. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following are not eligible for exchange:

  • Approved and delivered digital files
  • Customized designs that have been approved prior to production
  • Requests based on personal preference changes after delivery

9. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate shipping details
  • Review and approve designs before production (for physical items)
  • Ensure timely communication for approvals and issue reporting

10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Shipping and Exchange Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected with an updated effective date.
