Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms under which Artist Studio (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides refunds, cancellations, and revisions for our services, including art documentation, photography, portfolio creation, and digital flip-books.
Due to the customized and creative nature of our services, this policy is designed to ensure fairness for both the client and our team.
2. Nature of Services
Artist Studio provides digital and creative services that are tailored specifically to each client. As such:
- We do not offer “returns” in the traditional sense
- Refunds are limited and subject to conditions outlined below
3. Project Cancellation
Before Project Commencement
- Clients may cancel the project before work begins and receive a full refund of any advance payment
After Project Commencement
- Once work has started, refunds are partial or not applicable, depending on the stage of the project
- Charges will apply for work already completed
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- If the project has not started after payment
- If we are unable to deliver the agreed service
- If there is a significant deviation from the agreed scope that cannot be resolved
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after work has started
- Delays caused by lack of communication or materials from the client
- Minor differences in creative interpretation or subjective expectations
5. Revisions & Corrections
- We offer a limited number of revisions as part of the agreed package
- If the delivered work does not meet the agreed specifications, we will revise it accordingly
- Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges
6. Delivery of Digital Files
- Final deliverables are shared only after full payment is received
- Once final files are delivered and approved, no refunds will be issued
7. Damaged or Lost Data
While we take utmost care in handling your files:
- Artist Studio is not liable for data loss due to unforeseen technical failures
- Clients are advised to maintain backup copies of their original files
8. Processing of Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed
9. Dispute Resolution
In case of any dispute regarding refunds:
- We encourage clients to contact us first to resolve the issue amicably
- Any unresolved disputes will be handled as per applicable laws of India
10. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund and Returns Policy at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
